Welcome to O’Kane Whole House. This cozy, whole house which includes the main level and a separate suite is perfect for those large family gatherings a Silver Star Mountain. There is more than enough space for everyone to stretch out, relax and enjoy the mountain! O’Kane Whole House has 5 bedrooms plus a private den, 4 bathrooms and large ski room for all your gear. Located on the lower Knoll, O’Kane Whole House is a quick walk from the village, skiway and all the fun Silver Star activities.

Step inside the front door to the main level of the house. This is where you will find the cozy living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, dining room with large table and fully equipped kitchen. If you head down the hall from the living room, you’ll see the private den with a pullout couch and TV – there is a door if you’d like to make this a bedroom for your stay. This is also where you will find the washer, dryer and full bathroom.

Head upstairs and you’ll find all three bedrooms. The large master bedroom has lots of windows, views of the mountains and an ensuite with a lovely walk-in shower. On this level, you also have the bedroom with a queen bed, bunk room (perfect for kids!) and a full bathroom.

From the main level, head downstairs to your large, indoor and heated ski room where you can store all of your gear. From here, this is where you can also easily access the suite. Step out the back door, and the suite is just to your right. Enough privacy so if you have guests that need a little space, they can come and go as they please.

Ideally situated, this house sits on Silver Queen road which is steps from the village and other activities at Silver Star.

You have access to two hot tubs – one on the main level deck of the house and one just outside the suite and gear room, nestled in the trees. The hot tubs are open for the winter but closed for both the shoulder and summer seasons.

Parking: There are four outdoor parking spots for your stay.

Ski Access: You’re a short walk to the skiway. Head out your door and across the street to access the skiway and start your day.

The upper level features a very large master bedroom with a king sleigh bed, a seating area, a 42 inch TV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The bath has twin sinks, a walk-in shower and a deep soaker tub with a view of the mountains and lakes. Bedroom two has a king bed with lots of storage, and a semi-private bunk bed area with a curtain for added privacy and an ensuite bathroom.

The main floor contains a large, bright living area, 42 inch TV and Bluetooth speaker, a dining area with space for ten, 4 bar stools, a powder room, and a lovely kitchen all with views of the mountains and lakes. The kitchen is very well equipped with a pantry, raclette, fondue, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, coffee machine and Keurig. All three TV’s have Chromecasts for you to use. Also available for your use are a variety of games to enjoy after your day on the mountain.

There is a door to a covered deck with a premium Weber natural gas grill so you’ll never run out of fuel.

The lower level contains a family room with a large sectional, a comfy reading chair, a 42 inch TV with DVD player, and a ski room to get ready for your day.

Bedroom number 3 is on this level with a queen bed (lots of storage), a semi-private bunk bed area that has barn doors for added privacy, and an ensuite bath that is shared with the family room with the Murphy bed.

Also on this level is the boot room with space and hangers for all of your boots and clothes. Just outside of the boot room door is another covered patio and a ski locker. You also have access to the single garage to store extra ski gear or bikes.

Your own private new 6 seater hot tub is on the lower patio to warm up and enjoy the view after your day on the mountain.

Bonus: The private hot tub is open in the winter season only and may be open in the summer or shoulder season if requested – please ask.

It doesn’t get any better than this. Great location for ski-in and ski-out access and more than enough space for family and friends. Enjoy this fabulous 4,800 square foot sparkling gem of a home- sleeps 20! Norse Haven is a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom house with three living rooms, two kitchens, two hots tubs, and two laundry rooms.

One of the best ski in/out chalets on the mountain. 10/10 location with just a three minute stroll or ski along the multi-purpose trail off the backyard to the village. Ski in/ski out either via the village or the Silver Woods chair. One of the snowshoes trails is also directly behind Norse Haven. The village Nordic trailhead is just three minutes away as well. Large backyard for kids to build snowmen and tunnels in the winter or to enjoy the mountain air and extended daylight in the summertime. Fantastic spot for everyone.

Once you arrive, walk through the grand front door into a large entryway, enough room for everyone and their belongings. On this level, you will find a large bedroom with a beautiful ensuite with large soaker tub and sitting area overlooking the mountains. With sliding glass windows and a balcony beside the bed you can watch the magnificent sunrise right from your king-size bed. In this bedroom, there is also a small kitchenette with a coffee pot, small fridge, toaster and more. There is also a laundry room; perfect for when you walk in the door from a long day of skiing, biking, or hiking.

Head up one level to the best spot in the house – the penthouse. This penthouse has a large, modern kitchen, dining room and living room with spectacular mountain views. The large master bedroom is also on this floor with a king sized bed, sitting area, and huge ensuite with stand-up shower, double sinks, and soaker tub.

From the entry level, walk down to the ground floor level where you will find a cozy second living room with three full couches, a gas fireplace, a dining room, and a second half kitchen. The kitchen has everything but a stove/oven, plus extra cupboards to store extra food, make small snacks, coffee in the morning, or whatever you feel like.

On this ground floor level, you will find two bunk rooms with full ensuites. There is also an entryway that will take you to the skiway – just grab your skis and go.

Looking for the perfect space for your Silver Star Vacation? Look no more. Stargazer Ski Chalet is a standalone house with a connected lower suite – perfect if your friends or family need a little extra space! You are a close walk to the village and Stargazer Ski Chalet has incredible mountain views too.

Walk in the front door to the large entryway where you can store all your gear – this is also where you will find the laundry. From here, you can head right into the main floor of the house. Stargazer Ski Chalet has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with incredible views of the village and Christmas bowl. The main floor also has a full bathroom. Just off the living room is also where you’ll find the covered deck with a BBQ.

From here, head up the stairs to the three bedrooms which include a bunk room and two queen bedrooms. The two queen bedrooms have large windows so that you can lay in bed and take in those mountain views! The full bathroom with jacuzzi soaker and sauna are also on this bedroom level.

To access the suite, you have to go through the main entryway and downstairs. The suite is all on one level and has a full kitchen, living room and another bathroom with the jacuzzi jet. Hot Tamale (formally known as Winterfjord Lodge) is a new, luxurious duplex located on The Ridge with incredible views of Okanagan Lake and the Monashee mountains. Hot Tamale is perfect for a couple families or small group of friends. Just steps from the skiway – it’s your home away from home on Silver Star Mountain.

This duplex is spread over three levels but has an elevator for easy access to the main and top floors.

Walk in the front door to the ground level, this is where you can unload all your gear and leave it for your stay. Just down the hall, you’ll also find a powder room.

Head up to the second floor, this is where you will find the master bedroom, bunk room, and other king bedroom. This is also where you will find the private hot tub with incredible mountain views.

The main living area is on the top floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. With panoramic views, you can enjoy the open concept, large living room that has a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy couches. Enjoy a quiet morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. This living room also has a large, Smart TV.

This beautiful, open concept space has a living room with cozy couches and an armchair, large gas fireplace, TV and incredible views of the mountains. The bright, custom kitchen has a large island and is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The dining room has a large table that seats 8 and is perfect for those early breakfasts or those family dinners at the end of a fun day on the mountain. You will also find your private hot tub and seating area on the front deck off the living room.

Blue Ridge Retreat also has a Sonos sound system that can be accessed by anyone in the house. Just download the app and listen to your favourite music throughout your vacation.

Off the kitchen, you’ll find a large ski room with more than enough room for all your summer and winter gear. The ski room opens right up to the skiway – easy way to start your day! In the ski room, you’ll also find the washer and dryer and off the ski room, there is a small deck with a table and benches.
